About me
Hey!
Let me tell you about myself.
Hi, I’m Marina. If there’s one thing I’ve learned the hard way, it’s that you can’t live on overdrive forever.
For years, I lived in the fast lane—chasing goals, meeting expectations, pushing harder every single day. On the outside, I looked confident, strong, “successful.” But on the inside, I was running on empty. My body began to scream at me—insomnia, panic attacks, exhaustion, emotional eating. And still, I kept telling myself: “Just a little longer. I have to push through.”
Until one day, after yet another burnout, I realized: if I don’t choose myself, I could lose everything. That was the moment I promised to put my own needs first.
The path wasn’t easy. It was filled with questions, silence, tears, new choices, and small wins. But it started with one change—mindful, nourishing eating. That was when I first began to feel the difference: more energy, a lighter body, a clearer mind. And yet, I quickly understood that food alone wasn’t enough. True transformation meant looking deeper—at how I sleep, how I move, how I manage stress, and how I connect with myself.
I believe that health and well-being rest on four core pillars: nutrition, movement, sleep and recovery, and stress management.
My journey eventually led me East, to Shaolin Temple Europe, where I trained in ancient practices for the mind, body, and energy. There, I discovered a new sense of inner strength, discipline, and presence that forever changed how I live.
I believe that to truly support a person, depth is needed, not just strategy. At the core of my work is the intersection between the Western, evidence-based approach to changing behavior, mindset, and internal patterns, and Eastern philosophies of presence and inner balance.
I’m a certified Health & Life Coach, and I share everything that has helped me—not as a “big expert,” but as someone who’s walked this path.
Now, I help ambitious, high-performing people find balance, reclaim their energy, and build habits that align with who they truly are.
Today I am certified as a Health & Life Coach by HCI (USA) — an international program accredited according to the standards of the International Coach Federation (ICF) and recognized by: the Canadian Health Coach Alliance; the Federation of Holistic Therapists; the International Institute for Complementary Therapists
The program has undergone a rigorous international approval process and meets the training and ethics requirements of the aforementioned institutions.
At the moment, I am deepening my approach through training in Compassionate Inquiry® – Professional One-Year Training, developed by Dr. Gabor Maté and his team. The approach invites us to look beneath the surface of our professional “masks” and carefully explore the patterns that lie behind stress, tension, and exhaustion.
Other specialists I have learned from:
JJ Virgin, Dr. Anna Cabeca, Dr. Brian Mowll, Dr. Mark Hyman, Dr. Gabor Maté, Bessel van der Kolk, MD, Peter Levine, PhD, Joan Borysenko, PhD, Bill O’Hanlon, LMFT, PhD, Ronald Siegel и др.
And if you’re reading these words and something inside you whispers, “Yes, it’s time”—know that you’re not alone. And that change is possible.
