My Method

“It’s not enough to simply change our actions. We need to rewrite the story we tell about ourselves.”

What is the Habit Change Method?

We are creatures of habit. Research shows that between 45 and 95% of our daily behaviour is habit-driven – whether we realise it or simply respond automatically to our environment.

Habits are automated actions. Many of them are simply efficient patterns that save us time and energy.

Some habits support our health and happiness. Others silently drain our energy, focus, and well-being.

Why is it so difficult to change our habits?

It's not a matter of willpower, but of neuroscience.

Neuroscience reveals how deeply rooted our habits are. Every time we repeat a behaviour, we strengthen a specific neural pathway in the brain. As the saying goes, 'neurons that fire together, wire together.' The more you repeat something, the more automatic it becomes.

This is why trying to change a habit you've had for years can feel incredibly difficult, even when you're highly motivated. You're not just battling a bad choice; you're working against a well-established, automatic function of the brain. This is precisely where a structured method becomes essential.

The three key ingredients for success

How many of us know *what* we need to do, yet still don’t do it? Knowledge alone isn’t enough to drive us into action. We often have the theory, but lack the application.

To make this time different, you need more than just information. You need the right combination of:

⚙️Proven system: A clear framework that guides you step by step, turning big goals into manageable actions.

🤝 Unwavering Support: Someone who encourages your progress and helps you see your own strength when you feel stuck.

📅 Supportive Accountability: A friendly nudge that keeps you on track and reminds you of the commitment you’ve made to yourself.

My Approach

I help people recognize and release self-sabotaging patterns so they can build sustainable, healthy habits in full alignment with themselves. I believe that true and lasting transformation happens on three levels:

✨ Behaviour (habits)

✨ Beliefs

✨ Identity

This is why my approach leads to deep transformation – beyond external change.

My Method Combines:

🧬 Behavioural Science – to understand how habits form and change

🧠 Neuroscience – to rewire the brain’s automatic responses

🌿 Positive Psychology – to build on strengths and inner resources

🧩 Cognitive Psychology – to reshape thought patterns

💬 Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) – to shift limiting beliefs and inner dialogue

🎯 Motivational Interviewing – to strengthen commitment and readiness for change

🌟 Appreciative Inquiry – a positive, strengths-based approach that builds on what’s already working and aligns you with what truly matters.

“Together, we will identify what no longer serves you and build a solid foundation for your true well-being—from the inside out.”

Physical vitality, energy, sleep, and your connection with your body.

The quality of your personal relationships, communication, and the support you receive.

The sense of meaning, fulfilment, and contribution through your work or mission.

Your mindset toward abundance, stability, and the freedom to live.

Your connection to something beyond yourself—be it spirituality, nature, creativity, or anything else that brings deeper meaning to your life.

"Big 5"

True well-being isn’t just about what you eat or how much you exercise—it’s about the way you live your life as a whole. Creating balance and harmony in these five areas builds a solid foundation for lasting change from the inside out.

My clients share their results.

You can be part of them.
